Calgary Farmers’ Market Christmas Market 2026: Dates at West & South

The Calgary Farmers’ Market Christmas Market is the easiest holiday market in the city: indoors, warm, open most days of the week, and full of local food you’ll actually want on your Christmas table. For five weeks the market adds Christmas vendors to its regular stalls at both locations.

In 2026 it runs November 18 to December 23 at CFM West and November 19 to December 23 at CFM South.

Hours

The Christmas Market runs during the markets’ regular opening hours. In 2025 those were Wednesday to Saturday 9 AM–7 PM and Sunday 9 AM–5 PM at CFM West, and Thursday to Sunday 9 AM–5 PM at CFM South. Both locations typically add extra days in the week before Christmas; check the market’s site for 2026 holiday hours.

What You’ll Find

Extra Christmas vendors join the regular farmers, bakers and food producers, so you can pick up gifts, baking, turkeys and the rest of your holiday groceries in one trip. In 2025 the market also hosted photos with Santa and a Tea with Mrs. Claus; we’ll add the 2026 schedule when it’s announced.

Getting There and Parking

• CFM West is beside Canada Olympic Park, off the Trans-Canada Highway in the northwest. Free parking on site.
• CFM South is in the southeast near Blackfoot Trail and Glenmore Trail. Free parking on site.

Both lots get busy on December weekends, so a weekday morning is the calmest time.

• From CFM South: ZOOLIGHTS is about 15 minutes north.
