For decades, the Calgary Nativity has staged the Christmas story outdoors in northwest Calgary, with a large cast of live actors, live animals, lighting, narration and music. It’s free and family-friendly, and it’s one of the city’s longest-running Christmas traditions.
In 2026 it runs Friday to Sunday, December 18–20.
