Ride eight minutes up Sulphur Mountain and you’ll find Christmas at 2,281 metres. The Banff Gondola’s holiday season, A Very Vintage Mountaintop Christmas, runs on select dates from November 21 to December 31, 2026, with Santa at the summit.
What to Expect
Festive décor in the summit building, holiday treats, photo spots with views over the Bow Valley and Santa on select days. In 2025, kids rode free before noon on December weekends, which is worth checking for 2026.
